A practice built around
being listened to.

Meet Your Provider
Angela Osha,MSN, APRN, PMHNP, BC
I believe everyone deserves a safe space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My goal is to meet patients where they are, listen to what matters most to them, and create treatment plans that feel realistic and individualized.
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, thoughtful medication management, and ongoing care for adults. I practice conservatively and collaboratively — prescribing with intention, explaining the reasoning behind every recommendation, and integrating non-pharmacological approaches where they serve you best.
Samara exists because mental health care too often feels rushed. Here, the pace is deliberately different: fewer patients, longer conversations, and continuity with the same provider over time.
The Samara Standard
Listen.
Appointments are unhurried. What you say shapes the plan — not a template.
Understand.
History, context, sleep, work, relationships. The whole picture before conclusions.
Personalize.
Evidence-based treatment tailored to your goals, tolerance, and daily life.
Evolve.
Care is revisited and refined as your life and needs change over time.
